These traditional tapas are inspired by my year of study in Barcelona and Madrid, and my time at ZuZu. 
This event requires a server to assist with the flow of service as every bite will be made a la minute. (prepared to order) 
This is excellent for large groups, where it is served family style. 
I have Jamon Iberico; Bomba Tuna, and tortilla Espanola; if you so desire; these items are market priced. 
The Jamon Iberico may require 1 week pre-order, but anything is possible just ask!
